24/7 automated uptime monitoring with alerts. Your site is served from a global edge network, and every deploy is versioned, so if something breaks we roll back in minutes, not hours.
Secure.
SSL managed and renewed. Dependencies patched. Our sites are static-first: no CMS plugins to exploit, which removes the attack surface most website hacks rely on. Forms are spam-protected.
Supported.
A person in Auckland answers, not a ticket queue offshore. When you want something on the site changed, you email us and it gets done, using the developer time built into your plan.
What counts as a content update.
Changing text, swapping images, updating prices, adding a team member, adding a testimonial, editing an existing section. The everyday changes a business needs. Most requests take minutes, not hours; the monthly allowance goes further than it sounds.
New pages, redesigns, and new functionality are separate builds, scoped and quoted through Capabilities (landing pages from $850). Unused update hours don't roll over; the allowance resets each month.
What these plans don't cover.
Email. We don't host or handle email. Your inboxes stay with your email provider (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or your current host). We'll keep your DNS records pointing the right way at setup, but the mailbox itself is not ours to run, and we like it that way: one provider, one place to look when email misbehaves.
Marketing. Ads, conversion tracking, and automation live in the retainer tiers. Hosting plans keep the site running; they don't grow it.
SEO. Search rankings are their own discipline, sold as an add-on retainer available to any hosting client.
Your domain. Domain registration stays in your name, always. We can manage the DNS on your behalf, but you own the domain.
Which sites qualify.
Any website we've built or rebuilt can go on a plan from day one. If we didn't build your site, talk to us first: we'll scope a one-time migration onto our stack, and the plan starts once the migration ships.
Billing, plainly.
Monthly plans are invoiced in advance and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. No lock-in. Annual plans are invoiced upfront and priced at ten months, so you get two months free. All prices are NZD and GST inclusive. Our standard terms apply.
