Why Trailblazer Predictive exists.

Most marketing agencies sell promises. "We'll grow your revenue." "We'll drive leads." "We'll optimise your funnel." The work hidden behind those promises — what's actually tracked, what's actually measured, what's actually changed — usually stays vague.

We built Trailblazer Predictive on the opposite premise: the work has to be visible, measurable, and tied directly to revenue. Every engagement starts with an audit because every business has revenue leaking somewhere. Every retainer is structured around closing those leaks systematically. Every report shows the math behind the decisions we made on your behalf.

If we can't show you the artefact for a stage of work, we haven't delivered the stage.

Who runs it.

Inder Singh — Founder and Director. Auckland-based. Also founder of Provisas, a NZ visa company. Background in operating businesses that need to acquire customers efficiently, not just spend on marketing for the sake of it. Trailblazer Predictive was built from the agency-buyer side of the table — every clause in our pricing, every reporting cadence, every engagement decision exists because of something we learned about agency models that we wanted to fix.

We run as a small operator-led team with subcontractor specialists for build and automation work — kept lean by design so the founder stays close to every engagement.

What we believe.

  • Marketing is engineering, not creativity. Creative work matters, but if it isn't tied to measurable outcomes, it's decoration. We start from the outcome and work backwards to the creative.
  • Audits beat assumptions. Most agencies start with a strategy doc and run with it. We start with twelve audit areas and the data. The strategy emerges from what's actually broken, not what looks broken in a deck.
  • Pricing should reveal incentives. We never mark up your ad spend. Each retainer tier includes a small monthly ad-spend credit through our agency accounts to remove launch friction; above the credit, you pay Google and Meta directly. Our commercial structure is designed so you can always see why we'd recommend what we recommend.
  • NZ businesses deserve better. Most marketing best practice is built in the US for US scale. NZ businesses have smaller addressable markets, tighter cash flow, and different competitive dynamics. We build for the country we operate in.

What we don't do.

We don't do free strategy calls. We don't pitch on the first call — discovery is a fit conversation, not a sales call. We don't take on clients below $30k/mo revenue (the math doesn't work for either of us). We don't run social media management as a standalone service. We don't do SEO content production. We don't promise specific ROI numbers in proposals — we promise a system and the discipline to measure it.
